It is a passion for food and commitment to using local fresh produce that is quickly making GS Fine Foods one of Noosa’s favourite caterers.

Local owner and chef Glen Sommer has a thirty-year career in both catering and running high profile cafes and restaurants in Sydney before relocating to Noosa with his young family. Glen has worked in many countries throughout the world including Israel, Taiwan and the USA and captures the many flavours of his travels in his custom menus.

Living in Noosa has enabled Glen to create menus that are unique to each event and more importantly, use the local produce he sources from local suppliers and the market.

Whether it is an intimate dinner party for ten in the comfort of your own home, a big birthday celebration or a work staff party, Glen can customise a catering experience for you. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy your event.
